- Perishable Items: We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable products such as flowers or food. However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the product received is of poor quality.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service team within 2 days of delivery. The merchant will verify the complaint, and once confirmed, we will take appropriate action.
- Products Not as Expected: If the product does not match the description on the website or your expectations, notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt. After reviewing your complaint, the team will decide on a suitable resolution.
- Warranty Products: For items that include a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for warranty-related issues.
- Refunds: Any approved refunds will be processed within 9–15 days to reflect in the customer’s account.
